Shipping Policy

We will ship anywhere in Australia FREE for all orders over $250 and just $15 for orders under $250 - NZ shoppers, please head over to www.issueclothing.com

Standard Ordering

We aim to ship your purchase within 4 days of receiving your order (weekends excepted). Orders are couriered via DHL with a target delivery of 5-7 business days.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned or exchanged. This is why we offer free returns* across Australia and New Zealand - for more information click here. To our NZ customers - our NZ website also offers free returns. Shop at www.issueclothing.com. For customers outside of Australia and New Zealand, customers will have to pay to get any returns or exchanges back to us.

International

We ship internationally for $30 per order. However, please note you may be required to pay customs duties in addition, please check the rules for your country prior to ordering. For exchanges and returns, customers will need to cover return shipping costs.
